These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at aurafactor.co (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Aura Factor LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Aura Factor," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, and Subscription Terms, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and who reside in the United States. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products and Health Disclaimer
Aura Factor sells dietary supplement products. Statements on this Site regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any dietary supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. 3. Purchases

6. Acceptable Use

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURA FACTOR LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AURA FACTOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura Factor LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products purchased from Aura Factor that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York State or, at your election, by remote videoconference or telephone. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at info@aurafactor.co and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
YOU AND AURA FACTOR EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU AND AURA FACTOR EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@aurafactor.co within 30 days of your first acceptance of these Terms, stating your name and your intent to opt out of arbitration.

13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, and Subscription Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura Factor regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If you opt in to SMS marketing, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at info@aurafactor.co. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Transactional messages (such as order confirmations) may still be sent after you opt out of marketing.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver advertising. Terms Of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of products from Aura Factor LLC ("Aura Factor," "we," "us," or "our") through aurafactor.co (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and, for subscription purchases, our Subscription Terms. If any provision of these Terms of Sale conflicts with the Terms & Conditions, these Terms of Sale control with respect to your purchase.

1. Eligibility and Shipping Scope
Products are available for purchase and shipment within the United States only. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. We do not ship internationally, and we reserve the right to cancel any order with a shipping address outside the United States.

2. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Aura Factor, and we may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your order. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund of the amount charged for the cancelled order.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout. We collect sales tax where required by law. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or you believe items are missing, contact us at info@aurafactor.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Returns and Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a money-back guarantee subject to all of the following conditions:

The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date;
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact; and
You pay the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, email info@aurafactor.co with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will issue a refund of the product purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of our receipt of the return, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Opened or used products, and returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery, are not eligible for a refund.

6. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their labels accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free. Always read the product label before use. Our products are dietary supplements; statements regarding them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the specific terms presented with the offer, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional offers.

8. Subscriptions
Purchases made on a subscription basis are additionally governed by our Subscription Terms, which describe automatic renewal, recurring billing, and cancellation procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern subscription purchases of Aura Factor products made through aurafactor.co (the "Site") and supplement our Terms & Conditions and Terms of Sale. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, including the automatic renewal and recurring billing provisions below.

1. How the Subscription Works
When you enroll in a subscription, you will receive your selected product automatically on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews and is billed every 30 days from the date of your initial subscription order, and each renewal order ships to the shipping address on file for your subscription. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

2. Subscriber Pricing
Subscribers may receive a discount off the regular one-time purchase price. The applicable subscription discount, if any, is the discount displayed on the product page and at checkout at the time you enroll. We reserve the right to modify subscriber discounts for future enrollments at any time; any such change will not reduce a discount already applied to your active subscription without the advance notice described in Section 5.

3. Automatic Renewal and Billing Authorization
BY ENROLLING IN A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AUTHORIZE AURA FACTOR LLC AND ITS PAYMENT PROCESSOR TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PRICE, PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING, EVERY 30 DAYS UNTIL YOU CANCEL. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4.
If a renewal charge fails (for example, because your card has expired), we may retry the charge and will attempt to notify you at the email address on file so you can update your payment method. We may pause or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be collected.

4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, using either of the following methods:

Online: Log in to your account on the Site and cancel your subscription through the subscription management portal. Online cancellation is available at any time and takes effect immediately upon confirmation; or
Email: Send a request to info@aurafactor.co from the email address associated with your subscription, with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, your cancellation must be completed online, or your cancellation email must be received, at least 2 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received less than 2 days before the next billing date will take effect after that renewal order, meaning you will be charged for and receive that order, and your subscription will end afterward. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund of charges already processed, except as provided in our Terms of Sale return policy.\

5. Changes to Price or Terms
We may change the price of your subscription or these Subscription Terms. If we change the price applicable to your active subscription, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect as described in Section 4.

6. Managing Your Subscription
You can update your shipping address, payment method, and delivery schedule at any time by logging in to your account on the Site and using the subscription management portal. You may also request changes, or ask any question about your subscription, by emailing info@aurafactor.co from the email address associated with your subscription. Changes made through the portal take effect immediately for future orders; for changes requested by email, please allow up to 2 business days, and note that changes requested less than 2 days before a billing date may not take effect until the following renewal.

7. Returns
Subscription orders are eligible for return under the same conditions as one-time purchases, as described in the Terms of Sale: returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. General
The disclaimers, limitations of liability, arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and New York governing law provisions of our Terms & Conditions apply to these Subscription Terms. Subscriptions are available only for shipment within the United States and only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, and to comparable data covered by similar laws in other states (including Nevada). It describes how Aura Factor LLC ("Aura Factor," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares consumer health data of consumers covered by those laws, and the rights those consumers have. To the extent of any conflict between this policy and our general Privacy Policy with respect to consumer health data, this policy controls.

1. Consumer Health Data We Collect
Aura Factor sells dietary supplements. In connection with our business, we may collect the following categories of consumer health data:

Purchase and subscription history for our dietary supplement products, to the extent it identifies your past, present, or future health status or reflects your seeking of health-related products or services;

We do not collect biometric data, genetic data, precise location information related to health services, or reproductive or sexual health data, and we do not use geofencing around any facility that provides health care services.

2. Sources of Consumer Health Data
We collect consumer health data directly from you (for example, when you place an order, create a subscription, or communicate with us) and automatically from your interactions with the Site (for example, pages and products viewed), as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Why We Collect and Use Consumer Health Data
We collect and use consumer health data only for the following purposes:

We will verify your request using the email address associated with your account or orders and may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Appeals
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Appeal" within a reasonable period after receiving our decision. We will respond to your appeal in writing within the time required by law, including a written explanation of the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied and you are a Washington resident, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General's Office at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint to submit a complaint.
